In 2025, CTS served 52 counties, awarding 3,594 credentials across high-demand technical training areas. The most frequently delivered trainings include Industrial Electricity, Industrial Pneumatics, Machine Maintenance, Programmable Logic Controllers, and FANUC Robotics—key skill areas that support modern manufacturing and industrial operations.

Year-over-year growth in credentials awarded reflects increasing demand for hands-on, short-term training that leads to recognized skill attainment. CTS’s expanded geographic reach ensures consistent access to training across Northwest Ohio and the broader Tri-State region, supporting workforce readiness at scale.
