Wildfire Leadership is a new open-enrollment training designed to help teams in any industry work with greater focus, trust, and effectiveness. Offered at both the Archbold and Van Wert campuses, this four-hour, hands-on experience equips participants with practical tools they can apply immediately to their work and team dynamics.

Through the Mission Portrait and Working Genius frameworks, participants gain clarity around what drives their work, how they contribute best, and how their strengths fit together with others on the team. Wildfire Leadership helps teams understand how work actually gets done—improving communication, reducing friction, and increasing productivity.

This training is ideal for intact teams, supervisors, and cross-functional groups looking to improve collaboration, streamline projects, and build a shared sense of purpose. Participants leave with a common language for teamwork, clearer role alignment, and actionable insight that translates directly to day-to-day operations.
