Course Description

The course begins with a 12 module online class that will teach you about the Lean Process techniques and the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology. Each module will take roughly 40 minutes to complete. The first two weeks of the course are dedicated to the student completing this portion on their own. This will result in a yellow belt certification.

The next step is a 30-60 minute web call that is facilitated by the Master Black Belt instructor so that each student's project can be identified and talked through.

Finally, there will be six (4)-hour sessions.  These sessions will take place in the classroom face-to-face. During this time you will build on your yellow belt skills and complete your Green Belt project.
