By understanding the signs of conflict and getting to the root cause, managers can eliminate the issues and minimize the impact. Facing conflicts head-on, allows managers to demonstrate a commitment to individual performance and growth.

  • Be able to adapt the process for all types of conflicts
  • Be able to break out parts of the process and use those tools to prevent conflict
