Course Description

An overview of setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of an Ethernet Network in a ControlLogix 5000 PLC system. Designed for engineering and maintenance personnel. This 8 hour course was designed to make participants more effective troubleshooters on an Ethernet connected PLC system.

Ethernet Operation & Troubleshooting

  • Block diagram operation of a Ethernet Network
  • I/O status indicators
  • Scanner Module status indicators
  • Interpreting remote I/O TAGS in the CLX memory
