Bill Chaplin Bill has worked in the Industrial Controls industry for the past 25 years. He has focused primarily on automation components such as PLCs, Inverters, networks and HMI components. Bill has an AAS degree from Owens Community College and a Computer Systems degree from the University of Toledo. He also has earned certifications in computer operation systems and networks. For the past 15 years Bill has worked at Northwest State in their Engineering Technologies and Workforce Development Divisions.

Randy Groll Randy received his Bachelor of Industrial Administration degree from General Motors Institute (Kettering University), Flint, Michigan, 1977. In addition, he was certified as a Black Belt and Master Black Belt by the George Group, Dallas, Texas, 2002-2003. With close to 40 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on systems alignment and variation reduction, he offers experience and real-world training in Customer Satisfaction, Resource Management, Continuous Improvement and Organizational Measurement.

Tami Norris Tami is the Computer Training Coordinator at Custom Training Solutions a Division of Northwest State Community College. She received her Bachelor of Education and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toledo. She has 30 years of experience training in computer applications and has received certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist Master, Certified Application Associate - Crystal Reports 2008, Oracle Certified Associate - MySQL 5, is an IC Authorized Instructor and is ICDL certified. Tami is very involved in the commuting including Scouting, as a youth mentor and with the Holland Springfield Chamber of Commerce.
Michelle O'Dell Michelle is a communications professional with more than 14 years of experience in public relations, marketing and advertising. She specializes in developing promotional strategies, creating engaging content and social media marketing for companies in a variety of industries. In addition to a strong project management background and certifications in Lean/Six Sigma, Michelle has extensive experience providing hands-on training in supervision, leadership, communications and social media. She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism, with a major in public relations and minor in marketing, from Bowling Green State University.
