Tracy Berry Tracy has been a senior graphic designer/programmer, instructor, and consultant since 1993 and has developed hundreds of logos, marketing materials, websites, and multimedia solutions for customers worldwide. She was also involved in several large corporate software rollouts. She has helped many organizations optimize and streamline data solutions. She teaches both onsite and online courses and has her CTT (Certified Technical Trainer) certification. Tracy specializes in teaching graphics, desktop publishing, web design, and reporting/productivity applications.
Bill Chaplin Bill has worked in the Industrial Controls industry for the past 25 years. He has focused primarily on automation components such as PLCs, Inverters, networks and HMI components. Bill has an AAS degree from Owens Community College and a Computer Systems degree from the University of Toledo. He also has earned certifications in computer operation systems and networks. For the past 15 years Bill has worked at Northwest State in their Engineering Technologies and Workforce Development Divisions.
Nikki Choyce Nikki Choyce, has worked in the project management field for almost 20 years as both consultant and trainer. She has used Microsoft Project for more than 10 years. Her professional background spans of number of industries, including Information technology, insurance, manufacturing, aerospace, construction, and telecommunications.
Nat Dunn Nat Dunn founded Webucator in 2003 to combine his passion for technical training with his business expertise and to help companies benefit from both. His previous experience was in sales, business and technical training, and management. Nat has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in International Relations from Pomona College.
Randy Groll Randy received his Bachelor of Industrial Administration degree from General Motors Institute (Kettering University), Flint, Michigan, 1977. In addition, he was certified as a Black Belt and Master Black Belt by the George Group, Dallas, Texas, 2002-2003. With close to 40 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on systems alignment and variation reduction, he offers experience and real-world training in Customer Satisfaction, Resource Management, Continuous Improvement and Organizational Measurement.
Jeffrey Kent Jeffrey Kent has taught a number of computer programming languages, including C, C++, Java, Visual Basic, and Assembly. He is the published author of several computer-programming books, including "Visual Basic 2005 Demystified" and "C++ Demystified." He is also an attorney and has combined both careers by writing applications for law firms.
Wade Lindenberger Wade Lindenberger is a CPA with over 20 years of financial accounting and management experience in public accounting and private industry. He is currently Director of Finance and Administration for New Children's Museum. Before his current position, he worked as the National Finance and Accounting Service Line Leader for Premier Alliance Group, a national professional services firm. Wade was also Director of the Finance and Accounting service line for the San Diego office of a global, publicly held professional services firm. Before becoming a consultant, Wade was Divisional Controller for one of the leading health and fitness club chains in the world. He has also been Internal Audit Manager and Divisional Controller for a division of a Fortune 500 global energy project management company. He began his career with Coopers & Lybrand, predecessor to PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the "Big Four" CPA firms. He has previously served as an instructor for courses at Coopers & Lybrand and at the University of California at San Diego for the Extension Course and is currently an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego School of Business. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Bookkeepers' Advisory Board.
Pam Miller Pam Miller, IOFM, was the first candidate to earn AP certification as an Accredited Payables Manager (APM) with distinction. Her professional background includes 15 years as Director of AP at BMC Select. She is recognized in the accounts payable industry as an innovator and an early adopter of AP related technologies. Before working in AP, she spent six years in the IT industry, implementing point of sale software.
Tami Norris Tami is the Computer Training Coordinator at Custom Training Solutions a Division of Northwest State Community College. She received her Bachelor of Education and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toledo. She has 30 years of experience training in computer applications and has received certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist Master, Certified Application Associate - Crystal Reports 2008, Oracle Certified Associate - MySQL 5, is an IC Authorized Instructor and is ICDL certified. Tami is very involved in the commuting including Scouting, as a youth mentor and with the Holland Springfield Chamber of Commerce.
Laurie Ulrich Laurie Ulrich has been writing about and teaching people to use Microsoft Office for more than 20 years—including personally training thousands of students, writing hundreds of training manuals, and authoring and co-authoring more than 30 books on subjects including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. Her books include 2000-page epics that document every button, bell, and whistle, as well as friendlier introductory and troubleshooting books for new users. Her most recent publication on Microsoft Access is Access 2016 for Dummies.
